The Lavalliere Cravat is named after the Duchess of La Valliere, (a mistress of King Louis XIV) and was first popularised in 19th Century France by artists, students and intellectuals alike. Reinvented in the 20th Century in films as well as by designers such as Coco Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent, it is once again a neck wear wardrobe staple.

Made to order from Cotton Tana Lawn fabric. Styled on the Sixth Doctors distinctive neckwear from 1980’s Doctor Who. This unisex item will finish off your outfit perfectly and offer a great alternative to freshen up your wardrobe.


Approx 2 meters long. Flared ends of approx 7 cm and tapering to 2.5cm in the middle. Best tied like a bow tie or as a simple shoe lease knot.

All made to order within 5-10 days and dispatched from the UK.
