Doctor Who

A huge passion of mine since I was a kid is the BBC television series Doctor Who.

I’ve been able to use my craft to create a range of garments seen in and inspired by the series for myself and my clients.  Below is a snap shot of just some that I’ve made.

If you’re interested in enquiring about or commissioning your own garment contact me here or via my social media.

Shirts

Two of my favourites are the Season 18 shirt, which I call the Brighton Shirt, which looks great in so many fabrics. There’s also the Turlough Shirt from ‘Planet of Fire’ in 1984.

The sewing patterns are available for both the Brighton and Turlough shirts in my shop.

Trousers

The Doctor loves vintage styled trousers, particularly high waisted in style which I love too.

Here you can see examples from the fourth (Tom Baker) and seventh (Sylvester McCoy) Doctor commissions.

The sewing pattern is available for the high waisted McCoy trousers in my shop.

Jackets and Coats

I do love a good jacket and the Doctors tastes in jackets and coats are almost as famous as the series itself.  Here are a few examples I’ve based on the Doctors costumes as well as the evil Master and a companion too.

Waistcoats

The Waistcoat just doesn’t go out of style and hasn’t done since the days of Charles I. The Doctor has worn a great many over the centuries. The sewing pattern to make many of these waistcoat styles is available in my shop.

Ties

The finishing touches are always fun to make and wear. The sewing pattern to make your own is available in my shop or there’s Doctor Who inspired ties ready to buy on my Cosplay Everyday page or in my Lavalliere Cravat Collection.
